The BL Safety Center is a resource accessible to everyone — unless an SC Blacklist has been issued — allowing users to review important safety information. We are committed to integrating the Safety Center with multiple other Safety Centers and networks for broader security and transparency.The Safety Center will be overseen by (Owner - CAO), with the Chief Security Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer serving as its primary leads, and the Moderation Team Leader & Human Resource Team Leader serving as the Co-Leads.Our Safety Team (including the Moderation Team & Human Resources Team) will regularly post public content in the Safety Center. The Administrative Council holds the highest level of internal authority within Blacklight Promotions to be achieved by Staff. This group oversees all major internal and external operations, decisions, and strategic direction. All significant changes and projects must pass through the Council. The Council is led by the Executive Administrator & overseen by the Executive Director.
Assistant Chief Executive Officer (A. CEO):
The Assistant CEO supports the Chief Executive Officer in managing Blacklight Promotions' strategic and operational functions. As a member of the Administrative Council, they also assist in corporate documentation and oversight.
Assistant Innovations Director:

Staff Guidelines

Follow, Adhere and Master your Position

As a member of the Blacklight Promotions Staff Team, you are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism, good manners, and respect at all times. Along with these three key aspects, there are several guidelines you must strictly adhere to. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the Staff Team.1. All rules outlined in the Public Guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
2. Everything that is sent and said must abide by Discord's Terms of Service (ToS) and Community Guidelines.
3. Racist, homophobic, or sexist comments—whether intended humorously or not—are strictly prohibited.
4. You are required to complete your assigned weekly quota and all designated tasks to maintain your staff position.
5. You must maintain regular activity. Inactivity without being officially placed on a Leave of Absence (LOA) is not permitted.
6. Common sense, maturity, and good judgment are expected from all staff members at all times.

Blacklight Promotions & Safety uses a system called "Modmail System" for Customer Support, for both our Advertising Server and the Safety Center; each server comes with its own Bot. Ensures accessibility is integrated into strategic goals and oversees the organization-wide roadmap.* Executive Administrator: Maintains accurate records of accessibility policies and compliance updates. Assists with internal documentation and supports implementation coordination.* Administrative Council: Reviews strategic reports, allocates resources for accessibility improvements, and ensures accountability at the leadership level.* Development Team: Implements accessible code, tests features using assistive technologies, and ensures that all digital services meet or exceed EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.* Design / Growth Members: Apply inclusive design principles, ensure usability for all users, and collaborate with development to resolve visual or interaction-based accessibility barriers.* Staff Team: Trained to recognize and escalate accessibility concerns. Assists users in accessing alternative formats and forwards issues to appropriate teams.


Procurement and Third-Party Tools

All third-party services and vendors (e.g., analytics tools, payment processors, Discord bots, APIs) must demonstrate conformance with applicable accessibility standards.We reserve the right to reject or discontinue use of any third-party service that does not meet our accessibility requirements unless justified by a documented exception process.


Staff Training and Awareness

We provide mandatory onboarding and ongoing annual training to all staff responsible for content, design, development, and user communication.Training covers:* Accessibility principles and legal requirements (EAA, WCAG, etc.)
* Tools and techniques for accessible design and development
* Real-world barriers faced by disabled users (Blacklight Promotions & Safety is not related to the Real-World; this is not necessary)


User Feedback and Complaint Mechanism

We welcome accessibility-related feedback at through our on Discord available User ModMail Support System, which is accessible through both our Advertising Hub and our Safety Center.Users may:* Report issues with digital accessibility
* Request content in alternative formats (e.g., plain text, audio)
* Suggest improvements or raise compliance concerns
All inquiries will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 business days, unless otherwise communicated.


Compliance Monitoring and Reporting

We conduct biannual accessibility audits using automated tools and manual testing, including users with disabilities where feasible.Findings are:* Documented and prioritized
