Safety Center
The BL Safety Center is a resource accessible to everyone — unless an SC Blacklist has been issued — allowing users to review important safety information. We are committed to integrating the Safety Center with multiple other Safety Centers and networks for broader security and transparency.The Safety Center will be overseen by (Owner - CAO), with the Chief Security Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer serving as its primary leads, and the Moderation Team Leader & Human Resource Team Leader serving as the Co-Leads.Our Safety Team (including the Moderation Team & Human Resources Team) will regularly post public content in the Safety Center. Users can request information by DMing Safety Modmail to contact our Safety Team or submit reports for review and action.The Safety Center is still under development and will officially launch alongside the Blacklight Promotions Release.
Server Guidelines
In order to be allowed at Blacklight Promotions, you must accept and agree to adhere to the Guidelines here, including both Normal Rules and Advertising Rules. Otherwise, our Moderation Team will issue punishments to users violating the Guidelines.To ensure transparency, all moderation actions will be recorded in our public Moderation Logs. This allows us to provide our community with full visibility on rule violations and other infractions. Additionally, blacklists and other relevant information will be publicly available on our Main Server as well as in our SAFETY CENTER.NORMAL RULES
1. The Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines must be adhered to at all times and may not be violated.
2. Disrespectful and discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. This includes behavior based on gender, sexuality, race, religion, language, origin, appearance, disability, disorders, or other factors.
3. Mini-Modding will not be tolerated here. Mini-Modding is described as when someone pretends or acts like they are a moderator by threatening or stating they will punish users.
4. Swearing, if not directed at someone, is allowed. However, if you are directly swearing at someone, this will not be tolerated. Racial slurs are prohibited, even if not directed towards someone.
5. Spamming, chat flooding, or similar behavior is not allowed and will be moderated.
6. Drama does not belong here and will therefore be moderated if someone creates, provides, or supports drama.
7. Any IP-Grabbing, Doxxing, Raiding, Hacking, Virus spreading, and similar activities are strictly prohibited.
8. Advertising is only allowed in the advertising/listing channels and is not tolerated in any other channels.
9. Arguing must stay out of here, as it does not belong here.
10. Staff members maintain the final say in all kinds of conflicts or decisions.
11. Do not beg Staff Members to be unwarned, unmuted, etc.ADVERTISING RULES
1. You must post your Advertisements in the correct channel.
2. Your Advertisement must be at least 250 Characters long.
3. All of your Advertisements must have a valid Invite Link.
4. Do not do Back-To-Back (B2B) Advertising. Wait for someone else to post a different Ad before you post again
5. Do not copy/steal Advertisements from other People/Servers.
6. Servers with Invite Rewards and that sell members/likes are prohibited from advertising.
7. All Servers must be SFW, no NSFW, Gore, or Violence.
8. Do not send your Advertisements in DMs to other members.
9. Do not link malicious/dangerous links in your advertisements.
10. Discord Bots may only be advertised in their own channel for that, not in any other.
11. Do not beg people to look at your advertisement.
12. Make sure that your Ad adheres to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Discord.
13. Leaving the Server will result in all of your posted Ads being deleted.
14. Your Advertisement may not include Character Threshold.
15. No indirect advertising is allowed.
16. You may include multiple Discord Servers in your Ad, as long as you post it in the right channel.
17. Using Alternate Accounts to bypass Slowmode and B2B is prohibited.
18. Advertising scam services, selling illegal services, gift cards, nitro's, members, scripts or anything that comes close to this is prohibited.DISCLAIMER: By joining the Server, you immediately agree to the Guidelines.

2§ OPT-OUT POLICY

This includes leaving all Blacklight Promotions services, such as affiliated Discord servers, channels, and forums, and submitting a formal “Opt-Out of Privacy Policy” request through our Modmail Support System. When submitting an opt-out request, you must include your Discord Username and User ID, specify any data you wish to remove (where applicable), and confirm your departure from the Network.While we honor opt-out requests, please note that certain data may still be retained due to security, legal compliance, and operational integrity. This includes, but is not limited to, security logs, moderation records, fraud prevention data, and any data that may be required for ongoing investigations or to meet legal obligations. 3§ DATA WE COLLECT

Additionally, you may submit support inquiries and reports through our Modmail.In addition to data provided directly by users, we automatically collect certain types of information when you interact with our services. This includes user activity logs such as server joins, role changes, and moderation actions. We also track participation history, including message frequency and engagement levels, and collect technical metadata, such as timestamps, command usage, and automated bot interactions. These data points help us ensure the security and proper functioning of our services.Users may also engage with third-party services integrated with Blacklight Promotions, such as Discord Inc. (which provides the chat infrastructure), Modmail Dev (which handles user support inquiries), Trello (for task management and safety reports), and Atlassian Pty Ltd (for internal administration tools). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and it is the user’s responsibility to review their respective terms. Blacklight Promotions is not liable for the data collection practices of these third-party services.

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of any content within Blacklight Promotions is strictly prohibited.Users retain ownership of the content they generate while interacting with our services. However, by submitting content to Blacklight Promotions, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for operational purposes, including marketing, safety reports, and community engagement.If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Request via Modmail Support. When submitting a takedown request, please include your name, contact details, a description of the copyrighted material, a link to the alleged infringement, and a signed statement confirming the claim.
7§ Legal Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
Blacklight Promotions is not responsible for the data collection or processing practices of third-party services, such as Discord, Trello, or others, that may be integrated with our platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Germany and applicable EU regulations (GDPR). Your contact with Leo through the Modmail Support System will be non-anonymous, as it serves as verifiable evidence that you have requested an opt-out and provided reasonable proof that you have ceased participation in data collection and processing. 2§ ELIGIBILITY AND PROCESSING
All individuals, regardless of their status, history, or behavior within the Network, are eligible to request an opt-out of data processing. To facilitate this request, users may submit their opt-out via the Advertising Server or the Safety Center, where they must contact one of our Modmail Bots (either the Main Modmail Bot or the Safety Modmail Bot).Blacklight Promotions retains the right to data within our Safety Center, as all input made into it is verified and deemed reasonable. This ensures both user and community safety by identifying and addressing violations committed by consumers.The opt-out request must be clearly stated as follows:
"I’d like to opt out of Blacklight Promotions data processing."Once a request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our Ownership team and will be assigned to Leo. Upon approval, the opt-out request will be processed, and the user will receive a formal notification confirming that data collection has ceased.
3§ CONDITIONS
Opting out of data collection is conditional upon the immediate and permanent cessation of all use of Blacklight Promotions services. Users who have successfully opted out must not engage with any part of the Network, including its servers, services, events, or any form of communication related to Blacklight Promotions.Any continued usage of the Network, intentional or unintentional, will result in the automatic reactivation of data collection, with or without the user’s explicit consent. By interacting with Blacklight Promotions after opting out, the user acknowledges that they have voluntarily opted back into data collection.Partial opt-outs are not permitted. Users must choose between either fully opting out and discontinuing all use of Blacklight Promotions services or continuing to use the services under the terms of our Privacy Policy, wherein data processing remains active. Requests to opt out while maintaining access to or engagement with the Network will not be accepted.
4§ RESUMPTION OF DATA COLLECTION
Should a user who has previously opted out choose to rejoin Blacklight Promotions, data collection will resume automatically upon re-entry. By rejoining the Network, the user explicitly and immediately agrees to the terms of data processing outlined in the Privacy Policy, regardless of prior opt-out status.This applies to all users, irrespective of whether they rejoin voluntarily or as a result of circumstances beyond their control. The act of rejoining, whether by re-entering affiliated servers, engaging with Network services, or communicating with members of the Network, constitutes a full reinstatement of data collection under the terms of the Privacy Policy.
